The Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation (Credit Corp) has unveiled a new consumer credit solution aimed at making domestic air travel more accessible to Nigerians.

The initiative, announced in a statement on Tuesday via the agency’s official X handle, allows eligible customers to book local flights and repay the cost over time through structured financing.

The programme, introduced in partnership with Visaro.ng and Alert Microfinance Bank, is designed to remove the financial barrier of upfront ticket payments that often delays travel plans.

“We are proud to introduce Fly Now, Pay Later, a new consumer credit solution designed to make local air travel more accessible for Nigerians.

“Through this initiative, eligible customers can book domestic flights today and repay the cost over time through structured financing, removing the upfront barrier that often delays important trips.”

The organisation noted that the solution is part of its broader efforts to expand access to responsible consumer credit across the country.

“This solution is delivered in partnership with @MyVisaro and Alert Microfinance Bank.”

Credit Corp reiterated its commitment to improving access to financial solutions that enhance everyday living for Nigerians.

“At CREDICORP, we remain committed to expanding responsible consumer credit and enabling Nigerians to live better now, including flying locally. Fly now. Pay later,” the statement added.
