Nasarawa State Ministry of Education Releases Revised School Calendar for First Term 2025/2026

The Nasarawa State Ministry of Education has released a revised school calendar for the first term of the 2025/2026 academic session.

According to the updated schedule, revision will now hold from 26th to 29th November 2025, while first term examinations will run from 1st to 5th December 2025. Schools are to officially close on 5th December 2025, with all examinations expected to conclude by 12 noon on that day.

The Ministry has directed all principals of public and private schools to strictly adhere to the revised timetable. They are to ensure that examinations end as scheduled and that students are dismissed in an orderly manner.

Parents and guardians have also been advised to make adequate arrangements for the immediate return of their children/wards after the completion of exams on Friday, 5th December 2025.

The Ministry emphasized that the revision aims to enhance academic planning, ensure timely assessment, and maintain discipline across schools in the state. All stakeholders are urged to comply fully.
